Things to Know

  1. You will need to fill out the FAA MedXPress Application before your exam. Please bring your application confirmation number to your AME appointment.

  2. Please bring all relevant Medical records to your AME appointment.

  3. Pricing for both Second and Third Class medical exams is $150
